Our model is to help you with whatever you need to grow your company and to achieve your vision. That can mean investing in a seed round of financing, providing you with fractional services, or connecting you with experts in our network.
Investment Approach.
01. We specialize in early-stage US based businesses. We are particularly interested in healthcare, fintech, and B2B software that is modernizing an antiquated or inefficient industry. Occasionally, we will invest outside of these areas when we meet an amazing team and just cannot pass up the opportunity. Feel free to reach out if have a game-changing technology even if it does not fit neatly into the above categories.

04. We back companies that are solving real-world problems and by doing well in their markets are also making the world a better place.

06. Our process is transparent and we value your time. We conduct diligence thoroughly yet efficiently. If we're in, we will spin up an SPV for the investment. Our typical first check size is $125k-$500k. We can also participate in future rounds.
Advisory Services.
Independent of financial investment, we can sometimes add value via an advisory role. When it comes to advising, we offer flexibility and a custom approach that aligns with your company's stage and needs. We will spend time listening with curiosity and then find a way to super-charge your efforts, rather than preaching what we know. Think of us as an extension of your team, whether at the early or growth stage. Expect us to spend a significant amount of time working with you directly and leveraging our network when needed.
